25th Anniversary Celebration: The 2nd Healing Writing Workshop The Realm of Life: Humanities in Macao

The theme of this workshop is " The Realm of Life: Humanities in Macao", which focuses on the writer's individual observation, experience and perception of Macao's humanistic history and its details. This is a new theme following the first healing workshop in October 2024 that focused on the writer’s personal life experience. It attempts to lead participants to connect individual life experience with regional history and culture and the fate of others in a way that broadens their horizons, so as to achieve a broader spiritual realm. At the same time, Macao, a city where Eastern and Western cultures integrated profoundly, will provide rich resources and inspiration for writing practice. This workshop will be held on three consecutive weekends in March 2025. It is not only a process for the individual writer to observe everything in the environment from the heart, but also a process for Macao’s humanities and history to be integrated into the subjective vision of contemporary writers. The workshop will adhere to the core concept of “writing is healing” and promote effective interaction and experience sharing between individuals.
