Unveiling the Repository: Prospects for Ancient Text Preservation – Academic Lecture at the Macau University of Science and Technology Library
Ancient texts bear the legacy of historical civilization and serve as a vital medium for cultural transmission. To foster innovation and development in the techniques of ancient text preservation and to promote professional exchanges within the library and museum sectors of Hong Kong and Macao, the Macau University of Science and Technology Library has invited the renowned ancient text preservation expert, Professor Zhang Zhiqing, to visit Macao. Professor Zhang will share insights on the current state, challenges, and future prospects of ancient text preservation, offering forward-thinking ideas and practical inspiration to industry professionals.

Level 2 Research Librarian at the National Library of China, former Executive Deputy Director (bureau-level) of the National Library of China, and Executive Vice President of the China Ancient Books Protection Association.
